Peace of mind
Most of us experience that our mind is not at peace.
It’s always occupied with something:
planning, worrying, regrets
and daydreaming.
It prevents us from being truly aware of the present moment.
It prevents us from being truly happy
When you arrive at Kristiansand with the ferry, a minibus is waiting for you and the other retreat participants.
After an hour of driving, we are at Adventure Norway’s beautiful and calm location, where we will dive deep in to zen practice.
You can participate both if you have practiced for many years, but also if you are completely new into this.
